Tim M. Kimsey, Director - Airport and Seaport Security

Mr. Kimsey joined the company following a 36 year career in law enforcement, retiring as Chief of Police for the Port of Seattle.

 During his 35 years with the Port of Seattle Police Department, Mr. Kimsey specialized in the fields of airport and seaport security.  He served as President of the Airport Law Enforcement Agencies Network (ALEAN) and he also served a six-year term as the Executive Director of the International Association of Airport and Seaport Police (IAASP) and now holds the position of President of the American Region of the IAASP.  He served as Vice Chair of the Puget Sound Area Maritime Security Committee as well as a member of the Aviation Security Advisory Committee of the TSA.

Mr. Kimsey has a BA in Public Administration from the University of Puget Sound, is a graduate of the FBI National Academy in 1981 and the Law Enforcement Executive Institute, Graduate School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington in 1987.
