Our pre-employment hiring process consists of:
  • Comprehensive criminal background investigation by an independent commercial screening agency
  • Non-DOT 5 panel drug test
  • Washington State Patrol background investigation
  • Fingerprints
  • FBI background investigation
  • Psychological profile (as required by client)
  • Physical agility exam (as required by client)
