All officer candidates undergo rigorous pre-employment screening to ensure that only the best, most-qualified applicants are assigned to a client's site.Our pre-employment hiring process consists of:
- Comprehensive criminal background investigation by an independent commercial screening agency
- Non-DOT 5 panel drug test
- Washington State Patrol background investigation
- Fingerprints
- FBI background investigation
- Psychological profile (as required by client)
- Physical agility exam (as required by client)
