All patrol officers must complete no less than 232 hours of pre-assignment training before being assigned to a Field Training Officer for an additional 90 hours of Field Training.

Active Shooter Response
2 annual firearms qualifications (the WA State armed guard qualification and the Department of Energy Pistol Qualification Course for SPO III's)
